High pressure die casting
The manufacturing process known as High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) involves injecting molten metal, such as aluminum, zinc, or magnesium, into a steel mold (die) at a high pressure. High-precision, intricate, thin-walled parts with excellent surface finish and dimensional accuracy are possible with this approach. Due to its rapid production speed, cost-effectiveness, and capability to produce lightweight yet durable components, HPDC is utilized extensively in industrial, aerospace, electronics, and automotive applications.
